Thirty-nine bodies were discovered in a truck on Tuesday night in Grays, Essex, east of London, and the 25-year-old driver from Northern Ireland was arrested for murder, announced the British police.
According to preliminary evidence, the truck was from Bulgaria and entered the United Kingdom on 19 October at Holyhead, a port on the east coast of England.
