Iran intends to discuss with Russia sending its astronaut to the ISS

The head of the Iranian space agency Mortez Barari said that Iran is going to start negotiations with Russia regarding the sending of its astronaut to the International Space Station (ISS).



He said this in an interview with Mehr.

“There are many researchers from various countries on the ISS. We are also aimed at exploring, in cooperation with other countries, such as Russia, the possibility of sending an astronaut to a space station, ”he said.

Earlier it was reported that Russia and the UAE began negotiations on the flight of the second emirate cosmonaut.
