An asteroid a kilometer in diameter is approaching Earth

It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Center for the Study of Near-Earth Objects NASA.

It is noted that the asteroid does not pose a threat to the Earth, it will pass from it at a respectful distance.

It is also reported that this asteroid was discovered in 1998.

On August 12, it was reported that an asteroid larger than the Great Pyramid of Giza, also known as the Cheops Pyramid, would approach Earth at the end of August.
