“The foundation of the church was discovered, which is now at a depth of about 1 m. According to the annals, the age is XV century, 1450s,” he said.

Subetto added that the foundation is 1.5 km from the coast.

Also, the expedition found out that "the depth of the lake does not exceed 2 m." In addition, individual deep troughs were discovered.

Earlier, archaeologists found the burial of the XIV century under the foundation of a modern house in Azov.
