The twin daughters accused of conspiring with his father, Sookmyung High School's head of affairs, and leaked the test questions, denied the charges.

The lawyers of A and B's daughters of former Sookmyung high school students Hyun-mo's daughters argued at the first hearing held on July 23 at a judge hearing in the Seoul Central District Court.

The lawyer said, "reasonable prosecutions based on speculation and suspicion without reasonable grounds, and some indirect facts." Defendants disapprove of the case.

He said, "The two daughters' scores have risen suddenly, but they are unusual, but I want to ask you whether the prosecutor has extracted the data to support the accusations." "It's hard to understand."

The lawyer also asked him to watch the outcome as his father's appeal court is in progress.

When the judge asked the two daughters, "Is the defendants in the same position," A and B answered "Yes."

Ms. A and B, who came to court in t-shirts, stayed intact during the trial and watched the attorney's attorney's workshop.

They were accused of interfering with the school's grading work by taking five rounds of answers from their father's answers, ranging from the final exam in 2017, the first year of Sookmyung High School, to the final exam in the first semester.

The prosecution, which took over the case in November last year, sent the girls to the juvenile department instead of handing them to court in consideration of the prosecution of Hyun.

The juvenile department takes care of probation, probation, and juvenile detention instead of criminal punishment.

However, Judge Yoon Mi-rim, the third independent boy of the Seoul Family Court, sent A and B boy protection cases to the prosecution last month.

The juvenile law stipulates, "If a criminal offense is found to be a prisoner or higher, it must be sent to the prosecution if the motive and sin are admitted to require criminal action."

Ms. A and B attended the trial of her father Hyun as a witness and denied the charges.

However, the trial court sentenced Hyun three years and six months in jail last May, saying that "we are convicted of conspiring with her daughters."
