A former reporter who was handed to trial for committing Mr. Koh Jang-Nyun was found innocent at first. The court found that Mr. Yoon's statement, the only witness who claimed to have seen the assault, was unreliable.

The prosecution prosecuted former Chosun Ilbo reporter Jo Mo last year for accusing Jang at his birthday party in August 2008.

However, the court found it hard to believe the statement by Witness Yoon, who claims to have witnessed the only act of witness.

During the investigation in 2009, Yoon was pointed out that the perpetrator Yun had changed during the police and prosecution investigation.

Yun initially named Mr. Hong, the head of the media company, as the person who followed Mr. Zhang, but again after Hong's alibi proved.

The court found it doubtful that Yun did not abstractly identify the youngest of the four men who were present.

The court concluded, "I have a strong suspicion that Mr. Cho has acted like an accusation."

The suspicion of the Jang Natural List was triggered in 2009, leaving a document that revealed Mr. Zhang's sexual services.

At the time, the prosecution prosecuted only the representatives and managers of the company, and all suspected sex payers were accused of innocence.
