A sentence of two years and six months in prison has been imposed on a man in his 40s who has been accused of leaking photos of Youtube Yang Yewon and harassing Yang.

The Supreme Court's second division (Judge Sang-ok Park) has confirmed the centrifugal judgment of two years and six months imprisoned by the 45-year-old Choi Mo, who was accused of disseminating photographs under the Act on Special Cases on the Consequence of Forced Offense and Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes. Said.

Mr. Choi, a private photo shoot, was sent to trial in July 2015 for taking pictures of Yang's body at a studio in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and giving him 115 photos to acquaintances in June 2017.

Choi was accused of distributing exposure photographs without the consent of the models 13 times from September 2016 to August of the following year, and of following Model A and Yang in January 2015 and the following year.

At trial, the issue was whether Mr. Choi's argument that "statement is exaggerated and partly different from the truth is unreliable in testimony to victims."

"The defendant claims that there was no harassment because he had taken it after the first shot, but the defendant did not seem to be convinced that the victim took a picture and contacted the studio where he had already taken to save the tuition." Admitted.

The Supreme Court also pleaded guilty, saying, "There is no illegal misconception in the guilty judgment of the court."
