It is a middle school in Jincheon-gun, Chungbuk.

In June, a female teacher who was appointed earlier this year was found to have sex with a male student.

The school later found out, and informed the DOE and asked the police to investigate.

[The middle school official: in the case of sex, we do not have the authority to investigate, so we will report it to the police immediately.]

Currently, the teacher is not attending school due to school districts.

The Office of Education requested a dismissal and dismissal from the teacher.

The Chungbuk Office of Education will complete measures for female teachers before the school opens.

[Chungbuk Provincial Office of Education: The Disciplinary Commission is now asking for disciplinary action. So I plan to handle it accordingly.]

The police, however, charged the teacher with no charge.

The student was found to be 13 years of age or older and not subject to minor agenda rape crimes and was not hierarchical or coercive.

[Chungbuk Jincheon Police Officer: We are talking about agenda rape. That's not the part. There was no part of hierarchies, power, or poverty.]

Earlier in June, a high school teacher in Jecheon, North Chungcheong Province, was arrested and arrested by police for sexually assaulting a middle school student whom she learned through internet chat.
