Police picked up the charges of Won-bak Park of former YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun-suk and embarked on the investigation.

The Seoul National Police Agency's Intelligence Criminal Investigation Service said yesterday that it received information from the National Police Agency that the former representatives had made a circumvention abroad.

In addition, the allegations that Mr. Yang made a foreign exchange transaction worth 1.3 billion won or so-called 'hwantukgi' while traveling to and from other countries are also subject to the investigation.

It is suspected that the overseas roundtable fund was raised through 'hwanki'.

The police will take over the financial data of both former representatives from the Financial Intelligence Service and look for suspicious fund flows.

Earlier this month, police have been investigating former representatives for escorting prostitution.

In 2014, a high-end restaurant in Seoul met two Southeast Asian-powered women and nightlife women and confirmed suspicions that they were involved in expeditions in Europe in a month later.

Suspicion of sexual entertainment followed by allegations of tax evasion and expulsion, while the police and the IRS are investigating whether the former representatives have intentionally hid their income.
