The defendant, who was convicted of repeatedly sending sexually-charged images and SNS messages to group AOA member Sul Hyun, was sentenced to imprisonment and was identified as a 40-year-old man with a disability.

Incheon branch law subsidy has been sentenced to two years probation recently in June for 47-year-old A, who was indicted on charges of sexual misconduct using communications media under the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Assault Crimes.

The court also ordered A to take 40 hours of sexual abuse treatment classes and to limit the employment of institutions related to children and youth for five years.

Mr. A was sentenced to trial on charges of repeatedly sending messages and obscene images of sexual harassment and repulsion 43 times to the Instagramgram, which he managed in April and December last year.

Mr. A has been diagnosed with amyotrophic disorders such as hallucinations, and he is suffering from a disorder characterized by mood disorders such as mania or depression.

"The victim has felt tremendous disgust, humiliation and fear, and the defendant's punishment is also censured," the court said.

"I have stated that the court will reflect on the matter, but I am skeptical if I see the contents of the message sent to the victim even if I know the complaint."

"The mental illness of the defendant appears to have affected the crime," but the court did not recognize the mental and physical weakness as a reason for the reduction.
