Former Yoo Ji-yeon, former president of KT Home Customer Service, is suspected of involvement in six illegally employed KT employees, including daughter of lawmaker Kim Seong-tae of the Liberal Democratic Party of Korea, who attended the court on Wednesday to receive a preliminary investigation.

Mr. Seo arrived at the Southern District Court about 10:20 am on the day.

He went to court without responding to the question, "Whether he admits the accused Kim Seong-tae's involvement in fraudulent recruitment," or "Did you receive instructions from former president Lee Seok-chae?"

The judge 's hearing began at 10:30 am with a judge at the head of the department, Kim Sun - il.

It will be concluded in the late afternoon as soon as Mr. Seo's arrest is reached.

Mr. Seo is suspected of directing six illegal hiring of related persons, including two in the KT bond in the second half of 2012 and four in the KT Home customer sector bond in the same year.

The prosecution has confirmed that Kim's daughter was not on the list of successful candidates for the KT open job, and has arrested former KT director Kim Mo (63).
