Seo is accused of involvement in six illegal recruitment, including his daughter, Kim Seong - tae, a free Korean delegate.

It was reported that he had read a memo saying that he was "unfair" during the warrant review process, but the court issued a warrant saying that he was concerned about escaping and evidence destruction.

The prosecution confirmed that the number of illegal recruitment in 2012 was nine, and Kim Dae-won's daughter was not on the list of successful applicants.

The prosecution is aware that the daughter of the then general secretary of the private committee receiving the deputy-level treatment, as well as Kim's daughter, has also received preferential treatment.

Seo acknowledged the fact that he engaged in four illegal hiring, but said he had never been involved in the recruitment of Kim Seung-won and vice-ministers.

The prosecution is gaining a lot of insight into the identity of the person who served as a link in the corruption scandal.

KT chairman Lee Seok-chae, who was the general manager of the company at the time, will also call in the near future to investigate the overall suspicion.
