The judge, who is in charge of the warrant investigation of the Seoul Central District Court on the basis of the warrant, dismissed his warrant for his arrest late last night.

The chief judge said that Mr. Choi said that he would report the photographs on the face with severe injuries on his face, but considering the level and contents of the photographs and the fact that the leaked situation to the third person is not visible, I judged it difficult to admit.

Choi is suspected of intimidating him with "I will end the life of an entertainer" by transmitting a personal video that he shot together with KUHARA on February 13 after he had been assaulted on both sides.

Seoul Gangnam Police Station filed an arrest warrant for Choi with suspicion of injury, intimidation and coercion, but was dismissed. Police will review the application for a warrant, and will close the investigation soon and send the case to the prosecution.
