A woman who said she had been sexually assaulted by Kim Hak-soo, the deputy attorney general, said in a police investigation in 2013 that the builder Yoon Jung-chun had seen bribes handed over to Kim.

In 2007, Kim once voiced a white envelope from Yun's in a suitcase at a villa in Gangnam in 2007, and claimed he received an envelope in the car going to the golf course in 2006.

At the time of sending and receiving the envelope, Yun asked, "What happened?" And asked the progress of something. Kim also told a specific conversation that said, "I will come because I have been in the office."

There was also a statement that Kim received gifts such as luxury ties and golf suits.

In 2007, when real money came in, Yun was sued by investors for embezzling billions of won, and all of them were charged with the charges after the charges.

It is doubtful whether Kim 's former bribe has received a bribe.

The prosecution, however, has not accused him of failing to acknowledge that Yoon had given money in two investigations in 2013 and 2014.

Recently, Yoon changed his attitude and acknowledged the transfer of money at the inspection committee, but Kim still insistently denies it.

Attorney General Park Sang-ki attended the National Assembly's criminal justice ministry and said he would arrange for a special investigation on Kim's vice minister.
