Bronny James, son of American basketball legend LeBron James, announced today, Friday, that he has entered the process of selecting new players (DRAFT) for the 2024 NBA League, while maintaining his university eligibility, less than one year after he suffered a heart attack.
Bruni (19 years old) suffered a heart attack last July while training with the University of Southern California team.

He was admitted to the hospital and placed in the intensive care unit before being allowed to leave 3 days later, and he received the green light to return to his team 4 months after the incident.
Bruni said on Instagram, “I lived a year full of ups and downs, but that contributed to my growth as a man, a student, and an athlete. I decided to enter the process of selecting new players in the NBA while maintaining my university eligibility...”
LeBron James Sr., who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers and is one of the best basketball players of all time, expressed his interest in one day playing alongside his son in the NBA before the curtain came down on his career.
The process of selecting the new players for 2024 will take place on June 26 and 27.
