  In the women's 10-meter platform final held that day, Chinese player Quan Hongchan won the gold medal with 432.80 points, 93.70 points ahead of the silver medalist from the United Kingdom, and the Canadian player won the bronze medal.

  In the men's 3-meter springboard final, Chinese player Wang Zongyuan won the championship with 505.90 points. He was also the only player in the game to score more than 500 points. Players from Mexico and Germany finished second and third respectively. Another Chinese player Zheng Jiuyuan performed inconsistently in the competition and ranked fourth with 450.60 points and missed the medal.

  The Chinese diving team will not participate in double events and mixed events in this competition. A total of five athletes will compete in the men's 3-meter springboard and 10-meter platform and the women's 3-meter springboard and 10-meter platform. In the women's 3-meter springboard and men's 10-meter platform finals on the 23rd, Chinese players Chen Yiwen and Lian Junjie won gold medals respectively.
