Asked about the possibility of carrying out this tribute last Saturday before the match against Germany, the attack having taken place 24 hours earlier, Philippe Diallo considered that all the conditions were not met. “Everything was planned and it was necessary, to be able to pay this tribute, to do it in good conditions given the horror,” he declared.
