The Fenghua Marathon was originally called the "Fenghua Cross-Strait Peach Blossom Marathon". Since its inception in 2016, it has received active participation and support from Taiwanese runners. Before the start of the race, the organizing committee of the event continued and expanded the "Cross-Strait Run 212" activity to warm up the event.
The 2024 Fenghua Marathon continues the theme of "The Source of Peach Blossoms and the Love of Hometown" and has three events: full marathon, half marathon and 12-kilometer fun run.
"This is my seventh time to run a marathon in Fenghua. This year my daughter Chen Yanru also ran into this 'Peach Blossom Land'."
