As of that day, the Heilongjiang delegation had won 45 golds, 38 silvers and 33 bronzes in the "14th Winter" competition.

At the Liangcheng Ski Resort in Ulanqab City, the cross-country skiing team short distance (free technical) competition ended, and the Heilongjiang team won 1 gold and 1 silver.
In the men's competition, Wang Qiang and Wuerkaixi Kurbanjiang of the Heilongjiang and Chongqing joint training team won the gold medal; the Shandong/Chongqing joint training team won the silver medal, and the Yunnan/Jilin joint training team won the bronze medal. This gold medal is also the fourth gold medal Wang Qiang has won in this 14th Winter Games.

In the women's competition, the Heilongjiang/Guangdong joint training team composed of Chi Chunxue and Li Xin finished second with a narrow gap of 0.19 seconds; the gold medal was won by the Xinjiang/Shanghai joint training team, and the Jilin team won the bronze medal.
Also at the Liangcheng Ski Resort in Ulanqab City, the snowboard obstacle course ended in four categories, with the Heilongjiang team winning 2 golds and 2 bronzes.
Among them, Li Yingfei (Heilongjiang/Liaoning) won the gold medal in the men's youth group, Pan Ming (Heilongjiang/Yunnan) won the bronze medal, and Meng Xiangwei (Jilin/Hubei) won the silver medal.

Feng He (Heilongjiang/Liaoning) won the bronze medal in the women's youth group; Yongqing Lamu of the Tibetan team won the gold medal, and Yang Liyan (Hubei/Jilin) won the silver medal.
Guo Qianyi (Heilongjiang/Guizhou) won the gold medal in the women's group; Pang Chuyuan (Jilin/Henan) won the silver medal, and Gayinati (Sichuan/Xinjiang) won the bronze medal.
At the Zhalantun Jinlongshan Ski Resort in Hulunbuir City, freestyle skiing ended the competition for the double snow skills event, and the Heilongjiang team won 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze.
Yang Ya (Heilongjiang/Jiangsu) won the women's synchronized snow skills gold medal; Zhang Yixin (Jilin/Inner Mongolia) won the silver medal, and Li Ruilin (Heilongjiang/Guangdong) won the bronze medal.
Wang Renjing (Heilongjiang/Zhejiang) won the silver medal in men's synchronized snow skills; Fu Junyi (Henan/Sichuan) won the gold medal, and Zhang Hao (Jilin/Jiangsu) won the bronze medal. (over)
