In the final Asian qualifying round for the women's soccer Olympics in Paris, Japan will play against North Korea in a home-and-away format, and if they score more points in the two matches, they will qualify for the Olympics.

The training camp for the final qualifying round started on the 13th, and on the first day, among the 22 members, Minami Tanaka, one of the core players in the attack, and Minami Tanaka, who scored the youngest goal for the Japan national team at last year's World Cup, were selected. Eleven people participated, including Aoba Fujino.

Practice began at around 4pm in Chiba City, and after warming up, the players worked up a sweat for over an hour, checking on the build-up, which consisted of connecting short passes from the goalkeeper and assembling an attack.

After practice, Tanaka said, ``It's important for each player to get to the point where they can perform at their best.I want to create a good atmosphere for the match.''

Players who play overseas, including captain Saki Kumagai and Yui Hasegawa, are scheduled to join the team after their teams have played games scheduled for the weekend.

The first round of the final qualifying rounds is scheduled for the 24th and the second round on the 28th, with the second round scheduled to be held at the National Stadium in Tokyo.

The venue for the first match, which will be home to North Korea, has not yet been decided, with the Asian Football Confederation proposing that it be held at a neutral site.
