Arsenal raised its score to 52 points, equal to second-placed Manchester City (Getty)

Arsenal defeated its host West Ham 6-0, in the match that brought the two teams together, on Sunday evening, at the London Olympic Stadium in the 24th round of the English Premier League.

Arsenal settled the match in the first half by scoring four goals through Frenchman William Saliba (32), Englishman Bukayo Saka (41 from a penalty kick), Brazilian Gabriel Magalies (44) and Belgian Leandro Trossard (45).

Arsenal's deluge continued, and in the second half, the fifth and sixth goals were scored by Saka (63) and his compatriot Declan Rice (65).

This is the first time that the Gunners team has won at the London Olympic Stadium with such a large score.

Arsenal continued its strong presence in the heart of the struggle for the English Premier League title, after raising its score to 52 points, equally with runner-up Manchester City, knowing that the latter had a postponed match, while West Ham’s score stopped following this harsh defeat at 36 points, ranked eighth.

Liverpool is at the top of the English Premier League so far, with 54 points.
