PSG hosts Lille this evening at 9 p.m. at the Parc des Princes, as part of the 21st day of Ligue 1. And four days before the clash against Real Sociedad in the round of 16 of the Champions League, all eyes will be on towards Kylian Mbappé. The striker, victim of a heavy shock in the Coupe de France, is the center of all attention.

Kylian Mbappé is truly a player apart. On Wednesday evening, the footballer, originally from Bondy, was mowed down by Brestois Lilian Brassier, who was sent off immediately, in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France. During this shock, the Parisian star's ankle left us fearing the worst. Finally, number 7 got up and remained on the lawn of the Parc des Princes until the final whistle.

PSG should not take any risks with Mbappé

After passing examinations in Poissy, which proved reassuring, the medical staff did everything to help Kylian Mbappé recover. As a result, the Spanish coach, Luis Enrique, was able to announce good news for all Parisian supporters. "Yes, Kylian will be present for the match. He will be ready to play. He didn't train yesterday because we didn't want him to take any risks, he trained indoors", explains- he.

A recovery at high speed for the Parisian star who is viewed favorably by Doctor Alain Simon, former PSG doctor. For him, Kylian Mbappé is a young man of 25 with an athletic body, capable of withstanding shocks. "It's reassuring. You can stretch a ligament and as long as it's not torn, you recover very quickly. It's a hematoma, we treat it, we drain it and it heals!" exclaims the former doctor.

Another Parisian player impressed with his recovery ability. Kylian Mbappé's teammate and club teammate, Warren Zaire Emery, injured his ankle against Gibraltar. An injury which should have kept him away from the field for two months, the young Parisian midfielder only took 21 days before returning to the Ligue 1 pitches.

But despite his recovery, the PSG staff should not take any risks with their star, especially four days before a Champions League round of 16 matchup against Real Sociedad. The man with 30 goals already scored this season could remain on the bench for a large part of the match this evening.
