The Japan Rugby National Team has begun its first training camp in Fukuoka City since head coach Eddie Jones took over.

This training camp will be held for two days starting from the 6th, in order for newly appointed head coach Jones to communicate with the players and make preparations for the team's full-fledged start-up scheduled for this June.

It will be held in Fukuoka City.

Thirty-four people participated in the training camp, including Michael Leach, who has participated in four consecutive World Cups, Kazuki Himeno, who served as captain at last year's France tournament, and nine university students.

During the actual practice held on the 6th, while the players displayed quick passing moves and fierce tackles, head coach Jones walked up to the players and communicated with them using body language.

Leach said, ``Like Eddie, he was paying attention to the details and made me run really hard.I think it's going to get tougher from now on, so I'm nervous.''
