Who to present the trophies of the 2023 edition of Roland-Garros? The organizers finally decided and two former tennis champions were selected. Chris Evert and Yannick Noah, winners at Roland-Garros forty years ago, will present the cups to the singles winners of the 2023 edition, announced Friday the French Tennis Federation (FFT) organizer of the event.

Yannick Noah, 40 years later...

The American holds the record of seven women's singles titles (1974, 1975, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1985 and 1986) on the Parisian clay. She will present the Suzanne Lenglen Cup on Saturday to the winner of the final between Poland's Iga Swiatek and Czech Karolina Muchova.

Yannick Noah, who remains to this day the last French winner of a Grand Slam singles tournament, at Roland-Garros in 1983, will present the Coupe des Mousquetaires Sunday at the end of the final that will oppose Novak Djokovic, in search of a record 23rd Grand Slam title, to Casper Ruud or Alexander Zverev.
