It was attended by Olympic champions Alina Zagitova and Kamila Valieva, as well as 2023 Russian champion Sofia Akatyeva and winner of the Russian Grand Prix final Adelia Petrosyan.
Akatyeva ran the distance in 18.44 seconds. The second place was taken by Olympic champion Kamila Valieva (19.56). Alina Zagitova closed the top three (19.66). The fourth was Adelia Petrosyan (19.85). The athletes ran the distance at a walking pace and wanted to cross the finish line together.
The event was held as part of the Athletics Week, organized by the Department of Sports of the city of Moscow together with the All-Russian Athletics Federation as part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Moscow sports.
Earlier it was reported that the Olympic champion Sotomayor will take part in the race on Nikolskaya.
