Alexandra Lazić's adventure abroad continues. And she stays in the Italian league where she swaps Perugia for Florence.
– The club choice was very clear, I had a great desire to stay in one of the world's best leagues and when Firenze got in touch it was almost a clear choice, she says to SVT Sport.
Something that contributed to the choice of Firenze was that her twin sister, Rebecka, played for the club before.
"My sister has played there before and said a lot of good things about the club. The coach was also a factor that was important, because we have worked together in LeCannet and I got on well with him. It is also a club with good ambitions and a great city. So there were a few different factors that motivated my decision.
Right now she plays with the national team in the Golden League, where Sweden's next game is on Saturday against Beligen. You can watch that match on SVT Play starting at 17.00.
