Today, Janne Andersson presented the men's squad that will match up against New Zealand on June 16 and then play the European Championship qualifier away against Austria on June 20.
What surprised me the most was that Malmö FF's rising star Hugo Larsson gets the chance with the big boys.
"He showed his mettle during the January tour and then we have followed him in the spring and in a squad of 29 players, I think he belongs. He is good enough to be involved and it will be very exciting to bring him in because I am quite convinced that this is a player who will take his place in the squad in the future as well, says Andersson and continues:
"He's good both defensively and offensively, a good passing player. He eats land when he moves, he is extremely mobile in the way he moves on the pitch, he has many, many good qualities.
