Sevilla FC has won the Europa League for the seventh time in the club's history. In the final, the Spanish top-flight club won 4-1 on penalties against AS Roma at the Puskas Arena in Budapest. After regular time, the score was 1-1 (0-1). After the Roman lead through Paulo Dybala (35th minute), Gianluca Mancini equalized with an own goal for Sevilla (55th). The decisive penalty was converted by Gonzalo Montiel. As a result, Sevilla are qualified for the Champions League next season.
