Tre Kronor is gearing up to face Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Finland in the Czech Hockey Games May 4-7.

The matches are played in Gothenburg and Czech Brno and Sweden's squad is now further sharpened with, among other things, a bunch of players from the final teams in SHL.

From Växjö join Hardy Häman Aktell, Joel Persson and Lukas Bengtsson and from Skellefteå Pär Lindholm and Jonathan Pudas.

– There will be useful days in Gothenburg, when we can get to know each other off the ice, and also work with the basics of the game considering that there are several new people coming in. This week will be a good test for the World Cup with tough opposition and back-to-back matches this weekend, says Tre Kronor head coach Sam Hallam in a statement.

Tre Kronor met Finland in a double meeting in Umeå during the week. There was a loss and a win.
