It was a summit that came when IFK Norrköping visited Malmö FF.

And the home team grabbed the baton right away. MFF controlled the game initially and in the 14th minute it struck. Anders Christiansen hit a corner and there stood Isaac Kiese Thelin. The striker reached the highest and scored his fifth goal of the season. He has scored all goals for Malmö this season and now he is joint top scorer together with Häcken's Benie Traore.

Malmö continued to press and had chances to extend but IFK Norrköping resisted.

In the second half, however, they struck again.

Stefano Vecchia veered in from the edge and placed the ball into the far corner of the goal. His first goal in the MFF shirt.

A few minutes later it was time for another winger to score his first goal in the MFF shirt in Allsvenskan. After a longer attack, the ball was heeled forward to Taha Ali, who sulphed past the goalkeeper, and put the ball into the open goal. 3-0 to the home team and it looked to be the nail in the coffin.

And so it was.

Malmö FF now has four straight wins in Allsvenskan and continues to lead the series.

After the game, Ali talked about how he celebrated the goal, as he shouted out his joy.

"It was a lot with the crowd and everything, you've been chasing this goal so it was nice," he said in Dsicovery plus.
