The matches against Denmark and Norway during the ongoing national team gathering are the final test for coach Peter Gerhardsson and Blågult before this summer's football World Cup.
In the 0-1 loss to Denmark on Good Friday, Hanna Lundkvist had a sweaty time at the right-back position. SVT expert Hanna Marklund said that the talent did not take the opportunity to strengthen her chances of joining the championship.
Lundkvist himself was dissatisfied with the performance.

"I feel like I have to always perform, perform at my best and really show myself. My World Cup place is certainly not a given, I feel that I have to fight to get in.

Head coach Peter Gerhardsson emphasized the importance of performing in both club and national teams. He also said that the games and training sessions this week are important. Hanna Lundkvist, who plays for Atletico Madrid, is aware that she has to put her feet forward in both places.
"Here you have to show that you are happy in the team and can help yourself, but you also have to perform at home. There is no more gathering until the World Cup, so it is important to show off.
