At the World Championships in Planica, Ebba Andersson won gold in skiathlon and three-mile. And even the last competition of the season, the Swedish Championship in Kalix, ended in a golden edge.

Andersson started last in the field in the 30-kilometer freestyle race. She took the lead from the start and was mainly matched against sprint star Jonna Sundling who stood for a nice distance race.

But what was long a 30-second lead grew towards the end when Ebba Andersson put in another gear.

Emma Ribom arranged a triple Piteå Elit on the podium when she finished third, but was over three minutes behind Andersson in the finish.

After the finish, the national team skiers paid tribute to Lovisa Modig and Anna Dyvik, who both made their last competition of their careers.
