Colombian Rafael Borri scored a stunning goal, leading his country to a 2-1 victory over Japan in an international friendly match held on Tuesday at the "Yudoku Sakura" stadium in the Japanese city of Osaka.

The result was a 1-1 draw, when Puri prepared his body to deal with a ball coming back from Japanese goalkeeper Daniel Schmidt.

Just before the 61st minute was over, Burri jumped his body and unleashed a stunning shot from a magnificent scissor lift, which was only stopped by goalkeeper Schmidt's net.

Borri, who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga, expressed his happiness with his country's victory, and with the goal he scored.

The player shared a tweet through his official Twitter account that included 4 pictures of the moment he scored the goal and celebrated it with his teammates.

Puri commented: "Great effort from the team, I'm very happy with this goal."

The newspaper "Marca" (Marca) Spanish that the International Federation of Football (FIFA) will not hesitate to nominate this goal for the award "Puskas", which is awarded annually for the most beautiful goal in the world during the year.

Many followers on social media likened Buri's goal to the goals scored in the popular animated series known in its Arabic version as "Captain Majid".

Japan were the initiators to open the scoring through Kaoru Mitoma three minutes after the start, but John Duran levelled the score for Colombia in the 3rd minute, before Bori scored the winning goal in stunning fashion.

This is Colombia's second game of the current international break, having already overturned a two-goal deficit against South Korea to draw 2-2 at Ulsan Stadium last Friday.
