"When we came home from the last gathering, I had contact with both players where they told me pretty quickly what they felt about the situation. It was a good start for us to move forward with," says Qvarmans Möller.

The manager stresses that the players are not missing due to leaving the U23 collection in February.

Rosengård goalkeeper Angel Mukasa has recently been sidelined with an injury and has not been available to play in the club team. Regarding Kullashi, who was captain at the beginning of the last collection, Qvarmans Möller points out that she is overage.

"I had a good dialogue with Loreta yesterday. It's not really anything dramatic, she's up for the next collection just like she's been before as well," he said.

So it's not a punishment?

- No, we don't have any punishment that way. We need to work with the group and leadership on the upcoming gathering. Because there were 21 other players who were there then, we're going to have to deal with that. I haven't met the players since last time, then it will be natural that we take it on this collection.

May be included in the future

"I'm going to go to Malmö and sit down with the players and see how we see the future. These are two players who are important for Swedish football and important for us. We weigh in on both what happens on the pitch and what happens in the group when we take out a squad," he said.

The U23 national team gathers in April to play against Spain in Uppsala and later Portugal away from home.
