Chongqing, March 3 (Reporter Liu Xianglin) Qiaoli Water Affairs 26 Yongchuan Marathon started on the 2023th at the Xinglonghu Memorial Arch in Chongqing's Yongchuan District. Tens of thousands of runners from all over the country measure the beauty of the city with their footsteps.

The 2023 Yongchuan Marathon is an A1 event approved by the Chinese Athletic Association, which means that the results of the participants can be counted into the marathon performance ranking of the Chinese Athletic Association, which is a rare experience in the running career of marathon enthusiasts. The event consists of three categories: marathon (42.195 km), half marathon (21.0975 km), and mini marathon (5 km).

This year's marathon is located in Yongchuan City, with a flat and broad track, suitable for runners to refresh their personal bests; Along the way, the scenery is pleasant, passing by Xinglong Lake, Renmin Avenue, Guanyinshan Park and other landmark attractions in Yongchuan, and each participant can enjoy the urban style of "green mountains on three sides, six waters around the city, and beautiful scenery of nine lakes" in Yongchuan District. Seven characteristic refueling points are set up along the marathon track, which perfectly shows the results achieved by Yongchuan in building a modern manufacturing base and a western vocational education base.

After fierce competition, Yang Jianjian won the men's marathon category with a time of 2 hours, 27 minutes and 41 seconds, while Huang Qiang and Liu Lei finished second and third respectively. Geng Jun won the first place in the women's marathon category with a time of 3 hours, 5 minutes and 33 seconds, while Zhou Liting and Wen Yuping won the second and third places in the women's category. Li Bo won the men's half marathon category with a time of 1 hour, 4 minutes and 45 seconds, and Liu Junhui won the half marathon women's championship with a time of 1 hour, 19 minutes and 55 seconds.

Yang Jianjian said in an interview that the Yongchuan Marathon track is very suitable for runners to adjust their state and play at a high level. This is his first time winning the full marathon and he is very excited.

Li Bo told reporters that today's weather is cool, less consumption for runners, and it is very suitable for playing. In the 2021 Yongchuan Marathon, he set his half-marathon time to less than 66 minutes, and today he ran within 65 minutes in Yongchuan, completing his pre-race goal. We look forward to creating better results in Yongchuan in the future.

The planning scope of Luyongjiang Integrated Development Demonstration Zone covers the whole area of Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, Yongchuan District and Jiangjin District of Chongqing City, and is one of the nine functional platforms jointly determined by Sichuan and Chongqing provinces and cities to promote the integrated development of Sichuan-Chongqing adjacent areas. Wang Li, the leader coach from Luzhou Running Group, participated in more than 9 marathons, and her best time in Malaysia was 120 hours and 3 minutes. "I was very happy to run the marathon from Luzhou to Yongchuan. Our runners are all elite runners who like to run, and in the 10 Yongchuan Marathon, everyone ran satisfactorily. It is hoped that Luzhou, Yongchuan and Jiangjin will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation and better serve the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle.
