The World Cup in Qatar was a failure for Belgium, as the big nation went out of the championship already in the group stage. That, in turn, led to the resignation of head coach Roberto Martinez, and instead Domenico Tedesco took over.

The team's big star Kevin De Bruyne, currently at Manchester City, gives his take on the status of the Belgian national football team.

"It's a little different. It's like coming to a new school, with new classmates. That's a lot of young players. So that's a lot of energy and it's time for them to take the chance. Hopefully we can do something good," De Bruyne said during Thursday's press conference.

What do you say about the Swedish national team?

"They're always solid. They know what they're doing and they're playing as a team. They're always there, so it's obviously going to be a tough match.
