Sara Hector in fourth place – had a podium chance

In the first run of the giant slalom, Anna Swenn Larsson ended up in third place, Sara Hector landed in twelfth place.

In the second run, things went all the better for Hector.

The 30-year-old went up in the lead in a time of 1:52.91.

Then came American Mikaela Shiffrin with a time of 1:52.24.

Hector in second place and continued good podium chance.

Then it was time for Croatian Leona Popovic, she went up in the lead and sent Hector down in third place.

Only Slovakian Petra Vlhova who stood between Hector and a podium. But she made a really good run and secured first place. Hector ended up outside the podiums in fourth place.
