A few hours after the Prosecutor's Office filed its complaint against FC Barcelona, two of its former presidents and the former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA), José María Enríquez Negreira, the judge responsible for the investigation suffered a robbery at her home. According to El Confidencial and confirmed by El Mundo, the thieves took jewelry and money, among other objects, in a house located near Barcelona.

The magistrate, who was on duty on Sunday, went to report the theft to the Mossos d'Esquadra, which initiated an investigation. Police sources assure this media that this assault, which took place when there was no one in the house, has nothing to do with the investigation into the alleged corruption and purchase of Barça referees and that it is a "coincidence". The police are looking for common thieves as the perpetrators of this assault.

The news has been known the same day that the court has accepted the complaint of the Prosecutor's Office and has summoned the Civil Guard to inquire about the invoices of Enríquez Negreira. The complaint of the Prosecutor's Office was directed against the Barça club as a legal entity, its former presidents Sandro Rosell and Josep Maria Bartomeu, the directors Óscar Grau and Albert Soler and the former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA), José María Enríquez Negreira. Now the magistrate orders the Civil Guard to investigate the reasons for Barcelona's payments.
