Poromaa's bronze in the 50 km on the final Sunday was the first Swedish men's medal in the WC since the relay in 2017 and the first individual since Johan Olsson in 2015.

- It is important for Swedish men's skiing and to have been involved and contributed feels good.

When it's easy, there's no danger, but when it's heavier, you start to have doubts, says Poromaa.

Holmenkollen for the weekend

The men had impossible Norwegians ahead of them in all races.

Often it was four times Norwegian in the lead.

- There were good performances and we participated and were beaten at every distance, says Poromaa.

A new race over 50 km awaits in Oslo this weekend.

- The Holmenkollen is by far the most fun race in the World Cup, smiles Poromaa.
