Finnish goalkeeper Joni Ortio didn't have a good start to the season in HV71, but recently he has been showing very good numbers.

In several games, he has been around 94 in save percentage.

- If you look at his statistics in the last 5-6 games, he gives the team a chance to win every game.

He makes some great saves.

He is a very good goalkeeper fundamentally and when things start to spin for him, the team is pulled along, says expert Håkan Loob.

- He makes a lot of decisive saves.

In recent games, he has been incredibly important.

He has stepped forward in that way if HV71 really needs to, says Dahlén.

The 31-year-old is also praised by his teammate Andy Miele, who decided tonight's match against Leksand in extra time.

- Ortio has been a wall and having it behind you gives you confidence, he says.

Both Loob and Dahlén believe that Brynäs will qualify and that HV71 will make it.

Then Ortio is mentioned as a reason for that.

- It feels like HV has gained momentum under the skates and confidence has grown.

Joni Ortio will be very decisive.

Then it is likely that Brynäs will qualify against Malmö, says Loob.
