Only three rounds remain in the SHL's regular season.

The battle for the last playoff spots is fierce.

Two of the teams fighting for them are Luleå and Linköping.

Linköping scoreless

For both teams, there were even matches on Thursday evening.

But while Linköping got zero points from the home match against Timrå (which won 2–1), Luleå got two points from the away match against Skellefteå – because Einar Emanuelsson scored his own return in extra time and gave Luleå a 2–1 -victory.

- Finally!

There has been a bit of trouble with the goal shooting, so it was nice to pull it into this important situation, he tells C More.

With the two points, Luleå now has three points - and also a much better goal difference - down to LHC.

They also climb past Rögle, who lost against Färjestad.

- There aren't many games left, so it was nice to get this victory, says Einar Emanuelsson.

In Linköping, which thus lost 1–2 against Timrå (a loss that would have been bigger had Marcus Högberg not played big in the LHC goal) it was all the more depressing.

- Frustration and disappointment are the feelings immediately after the match, says Markus Ljungh to C More.

At the top, Skellefteå still has the series victory, but with Växjö winning 3-0 at home against Oskarshamn, they now lead the series solely thanks to a better goal difference.
