　　There are five competition days in this World Championships, and there are four groups of adults, U23, U20 and U18, from China, France, Italy, Norway, Canada, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, the United States, Japan, Thailand, Spain, etc. More than 300 world-class athletes from 27 countries and regions will compete in short distance, individual cross-country, vertical racing, team relay and mixed relay.

　　The Chinese ski mountaineering team sent 20 players to participate in the competition, including veterans such as Asian champions Jin Yubo and Xin Detao, as well as two fourth place winners of the Lausanne Winter Youth Olympic Women's Event, Suolang Quzhen, champion of the Youth World Cup Dan Yuzhen and other rising stars.

　　The first competition day is a short-distance race, which is a ski mountaineering event for the 2026 Winter Olympics. The competition is held at an average altitude of 2,100 meters. Athletes need to complete the tasks including climbing with snowboards, climbing with snowboards on their backs, switching and sliding. The distance is 950 meters, and the cumulative climb reaches 70 meters.

　　In the end, in the U20 women's group, after qualifying, semi-finals and finals, the young Chinese athlete Yuzhen Lamu, who participated in the world championship for the first time, won the ski mountaineering world championship for the Chinese team with a time of 3 minutes and 31 seconds. The first champion, Suolang Quzhen won the fourth place in this group with a time of 3 minutes and 50 seconds.

In the U18 women's group, Cidan Yuzhen won the sixth place in the group with a time of 4 minutes and 39 seconds.

In the U18 men's group, the young athlete Brewer won the tenth place in the group with a time of 3 minutes and 20 seconds.

In the U23 women's group, Ji Lulu ranked fourth.
