The Greek AJ Ginnis - who took a silver medal at the recent World Cup - was a hundred percent faster than the Norwegian but missed a gate in the snow chaos.

However, it took half an hour for the competition jury to arrive at the decision that it was a scam.

- Totally crazy, it was really difficult today but all you had to do was believe in yourself and drive, says Steen Olsen to Viaplay.

The 21-year-old won double gold at the Junior WC last year and has quickly established himself in the World Cup.

It was double Norway at the top with Timon Haugan in second, beaten by five hundredths, while Albert Popov finished third, 24 hundredths behind.

It was the Bulgarian's first World Cup podium and he shared it with Frenchman Clement Noel who led after the first run.

Kristoffer Jakobsen answered a strong drive in the second run.

From 28th to 14th place after having the second fastest time there.

Jakobsen is thus ready for the World Cup final in Andorra, which will be decided on March 19.
