Loreta Kullashi was the team captain and Angel Mukasa the goalkeeper when the U23 national football team defeated the Netherlands in a friendly international match in Marbella last week.

Then the national team would face Italy in Florence.

But after the direct flight to Italy was canceled and new trips booked, Kullashi and Mukasa chose to go home.

Subsequently, both players have chosen not to comment on the incident.

The national team manager says that an investigation into the incident is pending.

- What awaits in the next stage is a meeting with Rosengård and the players so that we can talk it through, says national team manager Ekroth to TT.

What does your dialogue with Rosengård look like?

- I have had talks with Therese Sjögran (sports manager) and we have decided that we will continue the talks now that I get home.

It is important to have good relations with the associations when we loan players on international dates.

So no bridges have been burned for further national team games?

- We know what has happened, but I think it is important that you hear what the players say and find out why it has happened before you make a statement about anything else.

After Rosengård's cup match against Kristianstad, Kullashi was asked questions about what happened.

- Next question, please, she says briefly to C More.

- If I wanted to answer, I would have done so.

So no thanks.
