More than 300 athletes from 14 sports teams in Heilongjiang Province will compete in the three-day competition.
The competition is divided into four groups: adult group, youth group A, youth group B and youth group.
On the morning of the 24th, the finals of 8 events including the adult group women's 1500 meters and the youth group B women's 1500 meters were held.
Among them, Wang Rui, a short track speed skater from Qitaihe Vocational College, won the championship in the women's 1500m final of the youth group B.
Qitaihe City, located in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, has successively trained and delivered 12 Winter Olympic champions and world champions, including Yang Yang, Wang Meng, Sun Linlin, Fan Kexin, Zhang Jie, and won 177 world-class gold medals, including 8 Winter Olympic gold medals , 7 Special Olympics gold medals, 535 national gold medals, and 16 world records.
