According to the official data released by the CBA League, after three weeks of voting by fans and the results of the votes of media representatives, Yi Jianlian was elected as the champion of the southern district with 649,226 votes, and Guo Ailun was elected as the champion of the northern district with 533,582 votes.
The list of starting players for the 2023 CBA All-Star Game is as follows:
Southern District: Yi Jianlian, Wang Zhelin, Hu Jinqiu, Zhao Rui, Hu Mingxuan
North District: Zeng Fanbo, Zhang Zhenlin, Abdul Saramu, Guo Ailun, Zhao Jiwei
