Elvira Öberg missed both the pursuit start, the distance race and the single mixed relay but was back in Saturday's relay.

She rode the third leg when Sweden took bronze, her first medal in the World Cup context, and shot three misses but no penalty rounds.

- The last kilometer was pure will, it was tough.

I'm glad I held it together.

I'm very happy that I was still able to drive, but it was far from top form.

I'm happy that I can stand at the start and make a decent performance, but there were a few unnecessary bumps, says Elvira Öberg to SVT Sport.

May miss the mass start

Before the WC, Elvira Öberg was one of Sweden's big medal hopes after three individual World Cup victories earlier in the season.

But after 16th place in the sprint just over a week ago, she has had to follow a large part of the championship from the sidelines.

It is also uncertain whether she will compete in Sunday's mass start.

- I have no idea, it's 12.5 kilometers long, so we'll see, says Elvira Öberg.

If Elvira Öberg forgoes the mass start, Mona Brorsson gets a place, she is disqualified, but Sweden can only have four skiers in the mass start.

SVT broadcasts the mass start in the Biathlon World Cup starting at 12.30 for the men and 15.15 for the ladies.
