Ingebrigtsen ran half the race solo and kept the pace well as he crossed the finish line as a superior winner.

- It was tough.

I won and wanted to run as fast as possible.

Now I'm looking forward to the EC, says Ingebrigtsen and at the same time released the news that he will come to Istanbul at the beginning of March.

Last year he set a world record with 3.30.60 at the competition in Lievin.

In the evening's race, he was still under the world record time at 1000 meters.

Kramer and Montler a bit behind

In the 800 meters, Andreas Kramer, who received a push after a hundred meters, fell silent and finished fourth in a time of 1.47.97.

With 100 meters to go, Kramer led.

Britain's Benjamin Robert, who pushed Kramer at the start of the race, won in 1.46.78.

In the long jump, it was about the same distance between Thobias Montler and the sovereign Miltiadis Tentoglou.

The Greek won in a world annual best of 8.41, while Montler in second place had 8.06.

Femke Bol had all eyes on her in the 400m after her 49.96 on Saturday and won in 50.22 after taking a hint on the run.

- I wanted to run under 50 seconds and the crowd helped me a lot even if it didn't work out.

It was too tough at the end, says Bol.

It was an impressive run.

- If she can only stay healthy, I think the world record of 49.59 can be broken, not this year, but in the future, says SVT Sports expert Alhaji Jeng.
