Shcherbakova spoke about children's goals

Anna Shcherbakova became a live guest on Children's Radio, where she shared her story of victory at the Olympics with young listeners.

The figure skater admitted that at an early age she did not set herself the goal of winning the gold of the Games, but consistently concentrated on the immediate tasks.

“In childhood, it means learning a new jump, winning a championship among your age, for example.

Then I somehow very gradually walked, little by little.

I saw the closest target and went to it.

And the Olympics became my goal, probably in the year when it was.

First of all, get out there and show your maximum there.

Because my main goal for all competitions is to give my best and do everything that depends on me.

Then I know that I will never regret that there were some missed opportunities, ”said Shcherbakova.

She also shared how the Olympic victory is perceived.

Anna noted that after the tension of the competition, devastation is felt first of all, and the realization of triumph comes much later.

“You know, whenever you think that some kind of incredible dream will come true, which you, perhaps, are sometimes even afraid to dream about, it seems to you that you will go on all your life and enjoy it every second.

It’s like you’ll wake up every morning and think: “Oh, how cool that I’m an Olympic champion!”

But in fact, probably, before this there is such a maximum concentration, such excitement, the peak of all emotions - such an “overdose” of different emotions, when you are maximally focused in maximum tension.

And the first thing that happens after the last free skate is just a mountain falls off your shoulders, ”said the skater.

The athlete also told how she tunes in for each performance and how she manages not to worry at important competitions.

“Before going to the start, I convince myself that this is exactly what I work so hard for, this is my reward - the opportunity to go on the ice, where hundreds of people are looking at me.

I learned to enjoy these moments, and not be afraid of them.

And it helped me a lot.

As a result, at competitions I began to show even more than in training, ”Anna emphasized.

Valieva remembered the stress of the Olympics

And Kamila Valieva admitted that since childhood she dreamed of becoming an Olympic champion.

She told about this while visiting Laysan Utyasheva on the YouTube show "Daring Cooking".

“This is a global dream, because I told my mother all the time in kindergarten that I wanted to become an Olympic champion.

And so — I really liked to ride.

And ride and spin.

This very feeling of speed, when the wind is in your face and just wow! ”, - said the skater.

She also recalled the stress that she experienced at the Olympics and explained that so far she is only learning to cope with such situations, because in reality it turned out to be more difficult than in theory.

“At the Olympics, for example, I walked a lot.

Played with headphones.

We had a small village, where even a full circle could not be made - everything was fenced.

I walked half a circle like this - for an hour and a half in the morning, afternoon and evening, ”said Camila.

According to her, during these lonely walks, she listened to sad music.

“To: saddened - and it became better.

I felt sad while I was walking, and then I dropped all the stress and went to training, ”the athlete emphasized.

At the same time, she stated that, despite all the difficulties that she had to face in a short period of her adult career, she would not want to change anything in her life.

“I would still choose this [path].

I love.

There are difficulties, but this is a really good path, and I have achieved a lot in this short period of time.

I hope I get more.

And I met so many cool, wonderful, interesting people along the way.

They taught me so much.

I would go through it again, ”concluded Valieva.

Medvedev held the first tournament of her own name

Last week, the first tournament for the prizes of Evgenia Medvedeva took place in Moscow.

The vice-champion of the 2018 Olympics was personally present at the competitions, in which figure skaters from 6 to 17 years old participated, and awarded the winners.

At the end of the speeches, Medvedev admitted with a smile that she felt too mature compared to the young participants.

“Looking at these guys, I feel that I have “aged” for figure skating.

Such babies - some are 6 years old, we have a 15-year difference.

I entered adult competitions at the age of 15, so this is already three generations ahead.

I am sure that here we will see stars who will shine in adult tournaments in the future, ”TASS quotes the athlete.

She also admitted that she is proud of herself and her team of coaches, as well as all the people who make this tournament possible.

Meanwhile, on the Dynamo Youtube channel, the next edition of the Football Skating program was released, in which Medvedeva interviews the team's players.

The next hero was Saba Sazonov.

The athlete also admitted that she sincerely supports the team and supports them in competitions.

“I can only wish the guys stability, composure at matches and solidarity, I will come and worry.

I believe in Dynamo, one life - one team, ”said Evgenia.

Trusova reincarnated as a little mermaid

Evgeni Plushenko's team has begun creating a new original ice show "The Little Mermaid", in which Alexandra Trusova will play the main role.

There is still almost a year before the premiere - it is scheduled for December 28 - but the shooting of the poster has already taken place.

For her sake, the vice-champion of the 2022 Olympics had to go under water in an original suit with a long fish tail.

“Now Sasha Trusova will also swim with us.

She is a real Mermaid and a unique athlete!”

– wrote the two-time Olympic champion in social networks.

In addition to Alexandra, Mark Kondratyuk, as well as Plushenko himself with his son Alexander, will take part in the performance.

While no further details of the production are given, fans are wondering what Evgeny meant by saying that Trusova would “float”.

Perhaps he had in mind only the filming of the poster, but it is possible that this will become some kind of special "chip" in the fairy tale itself.

Yana Rudkovskaya has shown more than once that elements of dance, ballet and even circus art can fit into an ice show.

After all, everyone remembers how the same Trusova soared under the dome of the palace in the show “35 Years on Ice” and “Snow Maiden”, so why not take another innovative step?

Psychological problems of Khudaiberdiyeva

Throughout the season, Elizaveta Khudaiberdieva and Yegor Bazin, who in a short period of time became the first couple in the country, attracted special attention from both specialists and fans.

And most of the conversations were caused by the falling partner that happened every now and then.

Elizaveta fell, including during the Russian Championship, after which the experts started talking about the psychological problems of the figure skater.

The couple's coach Denis Samokhin admitted that the girl really needed a psychologist this season.

“Let's start with the fact that her personal life has changed dramatically, she got married, naturally, her way of life, worldview, approach to life have changed.

I think it all came down on her.

Plus, after last season, she understood that, hypothetically, they would become the first couple, here it is a chance.

Of course, it was hard, she needed a psychologist, ”said the specialist on the Skating Podcast.

He also admitted that he advised the ward to spend less time on social networks and not read fan comments.

“I was literally told that Lisa is upset about this.

We talked to her about this topic, she confessed.

Although, as far as I know, she tries not to climb the social network much.

Looks like someone is sending her something.

They talked a lot, I advised her to just throw away the phone, I said: “Let me give you a push-button.”

And she: “You speak with my husband in the same words.”

But they also want to know something about themselves, most likely, they want to read something good about themselves somewhere, but in modern life, good things are always written little.

It’s probably better not to read,” said Samokhin.

Acquaintance of Sinitsina and Katsalapov with tigers

Victoria Sinitsina and Nikita Katsalapov spent their vacation in Thailand, and upon arrival shared their impressions of the trip.

Vice-champions of the Beijing Olympics not only basked in the sun, but also actively got acquainted with the sights, as well as the local flora and fauna.

In particular, they visited the famous Buddha statue, and also visited a tiger farm.

As Victoria admitted, at first she and her husband were afraid to go to meet predators, but in the end they were wildly delighted.

“First, we met a huge adult tiger.

It was scary.

I listened to his every sound, tried to anticipate every action.

It felt like crazy power from him.

Then we were allowed to stroke and take pictures with the average tiger, it was not so scary.

But then we were allowed to go to a five-month-old baby!

And it was just some space!

He was so soft, pleasant, playful.

And paws ... it's generally something incredible!

They are so plush, I literally could not tear myself away from them, ”Sinitsina wrote in the Telegram channel.

Grandfather Malinin spoke about the Russian traits of his grandson

Ilya Malinin and his quadruple axel is one of the main topics in world figure skating this season.

In Russia, the success of the "Russian American" is also being monitored, and his main fan is his grandfather Valery Pavlovich Malinin, who lives and works as a children's coach in Novosibirsk.

It was he who put Ilya's mother Tatiana on skates, who later began to perform in pair skating.

According to my grandfather, the Soviet system left its mark on the preparation of the newly-made US champion.

“There are no secrets.

We had a conversation with Tanya on this topic.

She writes, colleagues call, ask what they do so special.

She answers simply - we work the way we were taught in the Soviet Union.

Plus the character of Ilya, who inherited from his mother.

And when he began to achieve success, this only strengthened his desire for new achievements, ”Sport24 quotes Malinin.

Grandfather admits that his grandson, despite his roots, considers himself an American, but he also has Russian features in him.

Purposefulness, desire to add results

through thick and thin.

It's in Russian blood.

No wonder that in the US junior team at one of the World Championships, three people were with Russian roots.

A lot of Russian families move there, get settled, and many children go in for figure skating there, ”he said.

According to Malinin Sr., in a sense, Ilya was positively influenced by the fact that last year he was not included in the US Olympic team, despite the silver of the national championship.

“He was a boy, after all.

Yes, a self-confident boy - he always says that he will win.

But psychology is like that.

There is serious competition.

It was possible to send, but the person broke down, and his hands dropped.

And here, on the contrary, after the non-admission, with his character, he said: "No, guys, I'll prove it to you."

Everything that is done is for the best.

Maybe it was right, ”said the skater’s grandfather.
