We now had initial contacts with Swedish politicians and with Swedish businesses even before we started working on the feasibility study,” Hans von Uthmann, head of the feasibility study team, said in a statement.
This study should show whether the country is ready to host the Olympics and whether there are conditions for the competition.
Earlier, the official representative of the French government, Olivier Veran, said that the decision on the participation of Russian athletes in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris would be made in the summer.
